When you work for others or with others, the word 'ideal' is only on paper – like so long as you interact with people, subjectivity cannot be avoided
I would go with an Organisation which uses my skillset, challenges my wits and rewards me for my good work, that would be termed “ideal” to me as far as I am concerned

Basically I intend to close the loop whatever job that I undertake
My general tendency is not to leave any job half-done

I am generally not perturbed – but upset – yes at times – when I have overcommitted without considering a ' x ' factor
I also get angry if my peer or subordinate does not bother about targets on hand and divert their focus
Like I said – it is not anger but upset if I have to deal with unwilling colleagues/stake holders

I am a fresher and only some basic skillsets and knowledge
As far as my career is concerned, I would like to work with a reputed Organisation, learn the trade, use my skillset and review after say 5 years to decide on my future course of action
