In college I played cricket and TT Watch good movies – prefer to go to theatre since it gives the euphoria of mixing with people and their tastes Wherever possible, I help my mom with her household chores – with a smile – switching on washing machine (with most of my clothes in) and dish-washing at times
Q2 . What are your goals?
SOLUTION
I am of the opinion that I can reach my goal in two different ways – one to start on my own and do well and reach that target(being my own boss) or work and rise through the ranks and files of a good Organisation and reach the top position through my hard, sincere and committed work accomplishments
Q3 . What are the ideal role,location and organization for your work?
SOLUTION
When you work for others or with others, the word 'ideal' is only on paper – like so long as you interact with people, subjectivity cannot be avoided I would go with an Organisation which uses my skillset, challenges my wits and rewards me for my good work, that would be termed “ideal” to me as far as I am concerned
Q4 . What was the toughest decision you ever had to make?
SOLUTION
I am fresh from college My parents have given me the best of everything – so far I have not been tested on this aspect – hence I am unable to give a personal answer to this poser
Q5 . If I paid you your salary for an year in advance.Would still be dedicated in working?
SOLUTION
Having money and working are two different matters as far as I am concerned You work hard to earn money or work to retain the hard earned money Work for an organisation or start my own if I have that kind of idea matters
Q6 . What is your motivation in getting a job done or completing your work?
SOLUTION
Basically I intend to close the loop whatever job that I undertake My general tendency is not to leave any job half-done By course corrections and through good supervisors to me, I would not like to fail my Organization and more so my supervisors

SOLUTION
It has been clearly indicated in the interview letter itself and our Placement Officer has given us the details I am agreeable to the terms set out in your letter

Q9 . What are the things that make you angry or irritated?
SOLUTION
I am generally not perturbed – but upset – yes at times – when I have overcommitted without considering a ' x ' factor I also get angry if my peer or subordinate does not bother about targets on hand and divert their focus Like I said – it is not anger but upset if I have to deal with unwilling colleagues/stake holders
Q10 . What are you looking forward to in terms of options at hand in career?
SOLUTION
I am a fresher and only some basic skillsets and knowledge As far as my career is concerned, I would like to work with a reputed Organisation, learn the trade, use my skillset and review after say 5 years to decide on my future course of action
